● Gaskill Strength
Barbell-focused strength training. Squat, press, and pull heavy under a coach who actually watches your form. Progressive, structured, and built for real results.
● HIIT
High-intensity intervals that spike your heart rate and burn calories fast. 30 minutes of structured work — short rest, maximum effort, every time.
● Women's Only
Same intensity as our regular classes — a dedicated women-only environment. Coached by women, for women who want to lift without the noise.
● Youth
Structured strength training for athletes ages 13–17. Technique-first, coach-led, and built around the science of youth athletic development.
● CBSR
Coordination, Balance, Stability, and ROM. A focused movement and mobility class — the perfect counterpart to heavy strength work. Saturday mornings only.
● Free Community
Run Club and Community Circuit are free and open to the public — no membership needed. We give back to the community that supports us. Show up and get after it.
