Pricing & Billing

Group fitness is $83/month billed annually ($1,000/year) or $150/month on a month-to-month basis. Both give you unlimited access to all classes with no session limits.
Personal training plans:

β€’ 1x/week β€” $300/month (4 sessions, $75/session)
β€’ 2x/week β€” $500/month (8 sessions, $62.50/session)
β€’ 3x/week β€” $600/month (12 sessions, $50/session)

All personal training plans include unlimited group class access at no extra charge. In-home mobile training adds $100/month to any plan.
No contracts. No sign-up fees. The annual group membership is paid upfront for the year ($1,000), but personal training and month-to-month memberships can be cancelled at any time.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Group fitness annual memberships can be purchased directly online. For personal training and month-to-month, we'll set you up on recurring billing after your free consult.
We're an independent studio β€” not a franchise. We don't pay franchise fees, don't have investors to satisfy, and don't inflate prices to maintain a "premium" brand image. We price based on what it actually costs to run a great gym and pay good coaches. That's it.

Personal Training

Yes. Couples training is included in every personal training plan at no additional charge. Most of our PT clients train as couples β€” it's one of our most popular setups. Bring your partner, pay one price.
Yes β€” every personal training plan includes unlimited group fitness access. If you're on the 1x/week plan, you get 4 personal sessions per month plus as many group classes as you want. It's part of the deal.
Yes. In-home training is available for all personal training plans across the Eastside β€” Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, and surrounding areas. In-home adds $100/month to any plan. Couples in-home training is still one price.
After signing up, we'll work with you to find consistent weekly times that work for your schedule. We're flexible β€” we don't lock you into a rigid time slot. Need to reschedule? Just let us know with reasonable notice.
Perfect. Beginners are actually ideal personal training clients because we get to build good habits from the start. Your first session is an assessment β€” we figure out where you are, what your goals are, and build a program around that. No prior gym experience needed.

Group Fitness

None. Show up every day if you want. We've never limited access and we never will. Your membership is a membership β€” not a session pack.
Up to 20 people per class. Not 50. Not 80. We keep it small enough that your coach actually knows who you are and can correct your form when needed.
Our group classes are coached strength and conditioning sessions. Expect a structured warmup, a main strength component, and conditioning work. Not a HIIT-only format β€” we balance strength, endurance, and mobility throughout the week.
Yes β€” 1-week free trial, no commitment. Come to as many classes as you want that week. If it's not for you, you pay nothing.

Facility & Equipment

4608 148th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052. Easy parking. Contact us for specific directions or to schedule a tour.
Monday–Sunday: 5am–10pm. Hours may vary for holidays. Follow us on Instagram for updates.
Commercial-grade equipment throughout β€” including our Marrs bar, hex bar, and camber bar alongside racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio, sleds, and more. It's a private studio so you're not competing with 200 members for a machine. Come take a tour and see it yourself.
Members only. You won't walk in and find random people wandering around. It's a focused environment built for people who are actually there to train.

Getting Started

Call or email us to get started. We'll show you the space, answer your questions, and set you up with the right plan. No pressure, no sales pitch β€” just a conversation.
Yes. Two free sessions for personal training β€” no payment until you've decided to move forward. 1-week free trial for group fitness β€” come as many times as you want, and if it's not for you, you owe nothing.
Athletic clothes, a water bottle, and a good attitude. We've got everything else. Arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get you oriented.

Youth Strength

Primarily ages 13–17. We evaluate younger athletes on a case-by-case basis β€” contact us if your child is under 13 and interested.
Yes β€” and the research backs this up. Properly coached resistance training is one of the safest activities a teenager can do. It builds bone density, improves coordination, and reduces injury risk in sports. The key word is "properly coached" β€” which is exactly what we do.
Absolutely. Open door policy, always. We encourage parents to come watch, especially in the first few sessions.
No. It's $100/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. No annual commitment required.
