Our Prices

1 session / week
This is for self motivated clients who want to handle the majority of their program themselves. Our main goal is hitting new PR's every session.

2 sessions / week
Perfect if you need a little more accountability but would still like to handle some of the program on your own.
$600
3 sessions / week
For those who want their whole program managed by us. Ultimate convenience and rapid progress.
To simplify billing and further champion the belief that consistency is the key to success, we charge by the month, not by the session. We expect our clients to be dedicated and consistent, which is why 1 session / week is the minimum we will train someone. If your schedule does not permit 1 session / week consistently, we're happy to talk with you and write out a program for you to follow, for free. We do not charge extra for additional trainees joining the workouts, in fact we encourage it. We'd like to help as many people as we can so please invite family / friends to workout with you. The number of trainees is only limited by the space you have available. Keep in mind the more people in a workout the less personalized it will be.
