4 Hours Guided Open Gym/Day
We offer four hours of guided open gym each day, with a trainer available to coach and assist. This gives beginners the perfect opportunity to practice movements, build confidence, and learn proper form outside of a regular class. It’s a rare perk that helps members feel supported while taking control of their own workouts—completely free for all members.
Strength, HIIT, Bollywood, MMA, and More
We offer a wide variety of classes to keep workouts fresh, fun, and effective. From strength and HIIT to Bollywood and MMA, our program is always evolving—if a new practice, technique, or equipment proves safe and effective, we’ll bring it in. This ensures members can cross-train, avoid plateaus, and enjoy a constantly updated, exciting environment built for growth.
Youth Programs and Women’s-Only Classes
We know every client is different, so we offer programs tailored to specific groups. Youth classes run Monday–Friday from 3–5 PM, with a standard education-focused program and a more advanced “Varsity” option for approved youth. Women’s-only classes take place at 9 AM with a female instructor, cycling through popular training styles to keep workouts fresh and effective while providing a comfortable space for women to train.

We focus on teaching safe movement, building coordination, and helping kids develop strength the right way — setting them up for long-term success in fitness and beyond.Varsity: This is our advanced, invitation-only program for driven young athletes who are ready to take their training to the next level. In Varsity, we challenge them just like in an adult class — with age-appropriate intensity and a focus on unlocking their full athletic potential. Earning a spot in this program is an achievement kids can be proud of and parents can feel confident about.
